I take pride in the fact that I am considerate and empathetic towards all of my clients and subjects, and only provide flattering photos. I wonder if, I were in that photo, would I like myself in it. And I have very seldom had someone ask me to remove a photo of mine from social media.
By hiring me as your photographer, you are giving me permission to take photos of everyone at your event or shoot, as well as for me to use said photos on my website or social media. I promise to do this in a professional and respectful manner always. If I happen to want to sell an image (eg in an exhibition), I will contact you and ask permission first.
With the new POPI Act in place, I encourage and welcome anyone in any of my photos to contact me if they are not happy with any photo that I have on my website or on any of my social media platforms. I will happily remove it immediately.
I will never share any of your personal information with any third parties, ie email address, phone number etc…
